New Cities Develooment Grouo <br />Application for development plan approval to construct 44 single-family homes on a <br />7.6+ acre site generally located at the northwest corner of the St. John <br />Street/Pleasanton Avenue street intersection. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Unit Development) - MDR (Medium Density Residential) District. The Planning <br />Commission will also consider a negative declaration prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continue to December 14, 1994. <br /> <br />!!.. PUD-80-I6-4M/PUD-80-16-9D. First Deoosit Corooration <br />Application for a major modification to an approved PUD development plan to increase <br />the floor area of an approved, unbuilt office building from 56,000 square feet to 83,600 <br />square feet, and to change the approved use designation on a vacant portion of the <br />subject site from a 70,000 square foot office building to private parking, and design <br />review approval for the 83,600 square foot, two-story office building on a 13.9 acre site <br />having two existing office buildings located at 4900-4940 Johnson Drive. Zoning for the <br />property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial-Office District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report on First Deposit Corporation's request for a major <br />modification of an approved PUD development plan to increase the floor area of an unbuilt <br />office building from 56,000 sq. ft. to 83,600 sq. ft., change the use designation of a vacant <br />portion of the site from a three-story office building to private parking, and requesting design <br />review approval of a 83,600 sq ft. two-story building consistent in architecture to the other <br />buildings in Signature Center. Mr. Swift noted that the center's landscaping is matured and <br />along with the high berms, the parking structure will not be very noticeable.
