Mr. Swift advised he knows of no <br />complaints of noise from the surrounding residents. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commi~ioner Hovingh, seconded by Commi,,~ioner Lutz, <br />recommending approval of Case Z-94-2o<'subject to the conditions of approval listed in <br />Exhibit B with the following modifications: <br /> <br />Eliminate Condition 15. <br /> <br />Modify Condition 11: the new signs shall be similar in size to the existing signs. <br /> <br />Add to Condition 21: Curbing behind the parking spaces shall be painted red. <br /> <br />Add to Condition 48: There shall be no trock deliveries or garbage pick-up <br />between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. <br /> <br />Add Condition 55: All constroction activities be limited to the hours of 8 a.m. to <br />5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Review of land use desilmation for the School District Surolus Prooertv. 7.57 <br />Acres. located between Black A venue and Hansen Drive (adiacent to Hansen <br />~. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report for the disposal of the surplus property of the Del Prado <br />School site. The School District's Master Plan has three new elementary school sites to be <br />completed by final build-out of the City. These locations do not include the Del Prado site. <br />The School District has begun the school property disposal process. They have given notice <br />to the City, and the City has a fixed time period to respond to the School District whether or <br />not they would like to acquire the property. <br /> <br />The City Council referred to the Park and Recreation Commission the issue of whether it <br />was feasible to incorporate this land into the City's Master Plan for parks. The City Council <br />also referred to the Planning Commission the issue of an appropriate land use designation for <br />the land if it is not used for an elementary school.
