Chairman Wright concurs with Commissioner Barker and would increase the number of
students to 10 per day with a maximum of 32 students per week. Chairman Wright,
however, wants to keep the driveway parking condition as written by staff. The only cars
parked in front of her house would be her personal cars, and this would help neighbors
identify who are non-resident autos and help mitigate their safety concerns.

Commissioner McGuirk concurs with the additions to Condition I mentioned above as well
as restricting parking to the driveway. He proposes a three month review for a nine month
period and then a six month review. Commissioner McGuirk also suggested Ms. Lew
develop a written brochure for her students and parents outlining the parking and driving
regulations. He also agrees to eliminating Friday lessons and increasing the students to a
maximum of ten per day.

Commissioner Hovingh would like Condition 2 to state that no one other than the applicant
shall be employed in the conduct of a home business.

Commissioner McGuirk motioned, seconded by Commissioner Hovingh, approving Case
UP-94-57 subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B, with the following modifications:

Condition la. The hours of operation during the school year shall be as follows:
Monday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Thursday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Friday: [No lessons]

lc.
