Resolution No. PC-94-S1 was entered approving the rezoning to the PUD-LDR district on the Dawes properties, as motioned. Commissioner Hovingh motioned, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk, making the PUD f"mdings for the proposed major modification to allow 46 small-lot single-family detached units in lieu of 48 paired single-family units (duets) previously approved, and the proposed development plan for 1 single-family detached unit on a 1.00 acre site and 1 existing single-family detached house on a 1.58 acre site as listed in tbe staff report. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Commissioners Barker, Hovingh, Lutz, McGuirk, and Chairman Wright NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None Resolution No. PC-94-S2 was entered making the PUD fmdings for the proposed major modification and the proposed development plan for 1 single family detached unit and 1 existing single-family detached house, as motioned. Commissioner Hovingh motioned, seconded by Commissioner McGuirk, recommending approval of Case PUD-91-15-1M -- the PUD major modification and PUD rezoning and development plan approval -- subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B," with the following modificatious: Condition 3: ...The method and manner for the provision of these funds and/or facilities shall be approved by the City and in place prior to the approval of the fmal map. Condition 9d: Delete Condition 12f: One story units shall he located on Lot Nos. 1, 15, 22, 25, 39, 40, and 46, and between Lots 27 and 33 there shall be two single-story elevations. Condition 12g: Building on Lot No. 26 shall be moved five feet closer to the common property line between Lot 26 and Lot 27, and the building on Lot No. 27 shall maintain a 38 foot setback from its northerly property line. Condition 12h: Building on Lot No. 35 shall be reversed.
