Revnolds and Brown (Orbits Familv Entertainment Center) <br />Application for a planned unit development and a conditional use permit to allow a <br />family entertainment center, including a go-kart track, miniature golf course, batting <br />cages, bumper boats, and video-game arcade, and general retail uses on a ten-acre site <br />located at the northeast corner of Owens Drive and Johuson Drive. Zoning for property <br />is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I1C-O (Industrial/Commercial - Office) District. <br />The Planning Commi~~ion will also consider approval of a Negative Declaration of <br />Environmental Impact prepared for the project. <br /> <br />Continue to 9/14/94. <br /> <br />JL. The existing zoning for this property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - I1C-O (Industrial/Commercial - Office) District.
