Determination that the Durchase of the Garms Ranch/ A-M Homes Drooertv bv <br />East Bav Rel!ional Park District conforms to the City's General Plan <br /> <br />On the advice of Staff Counsel, Commissioner Michelotti abstained from this application <br />because her residence is near the Garms property. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report outlining the request from the East Bay Regional Park <br />District to purchase the Garms property, recommending the Commission find the purchase of <br />the Garms Ranch property is consistent with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh inquired if the undergrounding of utilities and improving Foothill <br />Road are part of the General Plan findings.
