Inc. <br />Application for development plan approval to construct an approximately 126,390 <br />square foot retail store on a 15.06 acre portion of a 32.31 acre site located at the <br />northeast corner of Hacienda Drive and Owens Drive in the Hacienda Business Park. <br />Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Mixed <br />Commercial/Office/and Industrial Planned Development, and Offices District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report for the application for development plan approval for <br />Prudential Insurance Company and Walmart Stores. Staff recommends approval of this <br />application subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit B (dated December 7, 1993). <br /> <br />Staff feels that the design of the Walmart Store, as well as the proposed landscaping, meet <br />the established guidelines for Hacienda Business Park. Ms. Terri Quinn is the design review <br />architect on this project. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Mark Sweeney, 4309 Hacienda Drive, represented Prudential Insurance Company.
