Zoning for the property is fun (planned Unit <br />Development) - High Deusity Residential District. i <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of the major modification and <br />the tentative map subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit "B.l" and Exhibit "B.2." <br />, <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh advised he had met with the representatives iof the developer on <br />October 11, 1993. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Jim Summers, project manager of the DeSilva Group, represented tij,e application. He stated <br />he had read and agreed with the staff report conclusions as well as t/1e conditions of <br />approval. Mr. Summers advised that the original project approved ~ March 1991, consisted <br />of 21 single-family detached homes and 15 townhome units, includi~g six moderate-income <br />units.
