She agrees with the <br />staff report conditions as well as the installation of soundproofing nJlaterial. <br /> <br />Chad Connolly, 9040 La Serena Drive, Fair Oaks, leasing manager! of the Oak Hills <br />Shopping Center. asked the Commission for an approval of this cas~ because the applicant <br />would be a good tenant as well as a benefit to the shopping center.
