<br />Resolution No. PC-93-52 was entered and adopted recommendin approval of the <br />Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-93-01. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />A motion was made by COn1n1k~ioner Michelotti, seconded by C n1n1I"'~toner Wright, <br />f'mding that the proposed PUD 93-01 rezoning is consistent with e General Plan, <br />making PUD findings for the proposed development plan as liste in the staff report, <br />and recommending approval of Case PUD-93-0l, subject to the c nditions listed in <br />Exhibit "B.l" with the following modifications. <br /> <br /> <br />. Amend Condition 3k to say that "the residence IDa be a two-story home <br />with a 30 foot maximum height. Any second story hall be set back from <br />the rll'St story building wall and shall be limited to ,000 sq. ft.; and the <br />total square footage of the future home shall not ex eed 5,000 sq. ft. <br />(excluding 450 sq. ft. of garage area). In addition, the north side yard <br />property line shall be increased to 35 feet. <br /> <br />. Citv of Pleasanton <br />Application for design review approval to raise the height of the leasanton Police <br />Department's communication antenna strocture from 60 feet to 8 feet and to insta11 a <br />two-foot diameter parabolic microwave dish located at the top of e strocture. The <br />existing parabolic microwave dish antenna and wire-whip ante located on the <br />strocture would remain. The antenna strocture is located by the Pleasanton Police <br />Department at 4833 Bernal Avenue. Zoning for the property is and CO (Public and <br />Institutional and Civic Overlay) Districts. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of C Z-93-146, subject to <br />the conditions of approval in the staff report. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Wright, Mr. Iserson qualifIed that only the tower would be <br />painted, not the microwave dish.
