He stated that over <br />the last 10 years Prudential has met all the conditions imposed on th m and that Hacienda <br />has been responsible for over $180 million in assessment fees. He ted that because of the <br />present economic situation they have requested the modifications. H continued to say they <br />have worked with City staff and are trying to keep their financial si tion healthy. He felt <br />the staff report is very comprehensive and that the modifications as escribed are agreeable. <br />He said he had no other presentation, but was happy to answer ques ons. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner McGuirk's question, Mr. Yang stated <br />flexibility in today's market.
