Mr. Swift replied that staff eels confident that when the time comes to construct the West Las Positas interchange that an assessment district will be set up for that and the 30 lots would pay their fair share. He stated that over the last 10 years Prudential has met all the conditions imposed on th m and that Hacienda has been responsible for over $180 million in assessment fees. He ted that because of the present economic situation they have requested the modifications. H continued to say they have worked with City staff and are trying to keep their financial si tion healthy. He felt the staff report is very comprehensive and that the modifications as escribed are agreeable. He said he had no other presentation, but was happy to answer ques ons.
