He noted that Dennis Beougher, Assis t City Attorney, is <br />present to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Acknowledging that adult entertainment businesses would be allowed in North Pleasanton <br />near the Mall or in the Stanley Business Park, Commissioner Michel tti asked if that indeed <br />would allow Hacienda Business Park to have such a business. Mr. ugher affirmed that <br />Hacienda Business Park could have such a business, but they have y stated they would <br />not want a business of that nature. Mr. Beougher stated that private action could exclude <br />adult entertainment. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti went on to say that it is personally offensi <br />entertainment establishment remains a permitted use, while a church <br />thrift store needs a conditional use permit.
