.~ Commissioner Mahem said she would prefer they work out the issue of parking before the applicant receives the use permit. Chairman Hovingh felt the cost of moving the gate should be conditi ned to either/or the property owner or the applicant, not Mr. Benhamou. Commissioner Finch would also move the gate and give notice to the property owner to designate specific parking spaces. A motion was made by Comm;"~ioner Mahem, seconded by Co . ioner McGuirk making the conditional use f'mdings and approving Case UP-93-1 ,subject to the conditions listed in Exhibit · A., with the following modifications: o Add Condition 13 that the gate, and/or fence if nec ry, be moved either between spaces 13 and 14 or to the satisfaction of e neighbor; and o Add Condition 14 that the property owner, applica t, other business owners, and staff work together to reallocate par spaces to everyone's satisfaction.
