There are 40 spaces on the site an <br />owners would have to cooperate with one another. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk suggested that the application be conditioned so that the property <br />owner and the applicant settle the parking spaces in a clear manner. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti recommended that the property owner shou d also work on the gate <br />issue with staff. Mr. Iserson agreed and said that the matter needs be checked with the <br />fire marshall. <br /> <br /> <br />Chairman Hovingh felt it would be best to have specially assigned <br />with airplane seating. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Michelotti's question, Mr. Benhamou s <br />is security. He would like for the gate to be moved, as he would no want it open all night. <br />r- His other concern is with a verbal agreement on parking and would f vor something more <br />definite in the lease. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson stated that staff can get with the property owner and the pplicant to relocate the <br />parking spaces and work out details of the gate. If the gate is moved the applicant would <br />not even need the gate. <br /> <br />Mr. Ghorbani returned to the podium. He said he is looking into the purchase of the <br />building; therefore, it would be in his best interest to work with Mr. nhamou to keep him <br />happy and a leasee. He felt the parking spaces could be easily work out as well as the <br />gate issue. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated he would wish the gate to be condition to be moved. Mr. <br />Iserson said there would be no problem with that. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti also felt the gate needs to be moved.
