He also <br />called attention to a security gate that he must have access to and w' apparently be open all <br />day and night once the applicant moves in. He said he has no proble with the applicant <br />coming onto the site, but is concerned about the parking situation in e rear and the fact that <br />the gate will be either open all night or that he may not have access it. He noted that the <br />building is up for sale.
