He said he has no proble with the applicant coming onto the site, but is concerned about the parking situation in e rear and the fact that the gate will be either open all night or that he may not have access it. He noted that the building is up for sale. He expressed concern that the cab company ay grow so large that it may really create parking problems. Discussion ensued in regard to the gate access.
