Yellow Cab Comnanv of Tri-Vallev <br />Application for a conditional use permit to operate a 24-hour taxi b dispatch station <br />from the existing building located at 3596 Utah Street. Zoning fo the property is PUD <br />(Planned Unit Development) - Commercial District. <br /> <br />Mr. Iserson presented the staff report recommending approval of C <br />the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk asked staff if the applicant would need to ge another permit should <br />he relocate to another site. Mr. Iserson replied that in all probability the applicant would <br />have to apply for another use permit should he relocate. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti referred to Condition 3 and inquired as to <br />8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. were necessary for the servicing of cars. <br />those hours, seven days a week, are necessary for the daily mainte <br /> <br /> <br />hether the hours of <br />r.
