Commissioner McGuirk asked staff if the applicant would need to ge another permit should he relocate to another site. Mr. Iserson replied that in all probability the applicant would have to apply for another use permit should he relocate. Commissioner Michelotti referred to Condition 3 and inquired as to 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. were necessary for the servicing of cars. those hours, seven days a week, are necessary for the daily mainte hether the hours of r. Iserson advised that ce of the taxicabs. Commissioner Wright referred to a letter of March 12 in reference the type and amount of liquids and fuels that might be stored on the site. Mr. Iserson indi ted that the fire marshall is in agreement with the amount of fluids to be stored on si , which are engine oil, gear oil, and brake and transmission fluids. He stated that he has worked closely with staff and did with the conditions. e stated that he is conditions were too t have any problems Commissioner Wright questioned Mr. Ghorbani whether the six cab rivers would all be working at one time. Mr. Ghorbani agreed that they would be all w rking at basically the same time, even though they will probably come in at different tim . In further response, Mr. Ghorbani stated that there appears to be plenty of parking space on the street and he would like his employees to park there. Chairman Hovingh inquired as to what the drivers will do during th Ghorbani stated that the drivers will check the fluids in their vehicle is not anticipated or planned that the drivers will hang around the di r idle time.
