Mr. <br />lserson advised that there is possibly one more meeting for the Boar for Apri113, or it is <br />possible that the March 23 meeting was the last one. The City Co cil has requested that <br />staff put together some alternatives to the Design Review Board by 1y May. It is <br />anticipated that a meeting between the Board, the Planning Commis . on, and the Council will <br />be forthcoming to gather input as to the best way to proceed with th duties of the Design <br />Review Board. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Commissioner McGuirk referred to Case RZ-92-7, in regard to <br />Code concerning Adult Entertainment Establishments. However, he expressed concern that no mention was made of the large amount <br />,-- of financial assistance given to the City by the coming of Hacien Business Park into <br />P1easanton. He felt that those people responsible for developing at area should have been <br />recognized, along with the various Commissions that were active t that time. <br /> <br />4. Commissioner Wright called staff attention to lights at the B <br />are very bright. He requested that staff check into the matter to <br />to non-glaring lights such as those located at Wells Fargo.
