<br />THE PUBLIC BEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Michael Goldsworthy, 633 Abbie Street, represented the applicatio as the architect. In <br />regard to the selling price of the units, that figure is still being neg tiated. The intent of the <br />Rotary Club is to price them at the lowest possible price. The pric is the only thing they <br />still have to finalize as the loans and all plans are in place. He add they have reviewed the <br />conditions and are in full agreement with them. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Wright's question in regard to the dri eway, Mr. Goldsworthy <br />stated that it would be of five-inch concrete. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti commended the Rotary Club for their har work in coming up with <br />a project that will help a number of people and also one that the Ci can be proud of. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Cornrni~sioner Michelotti, seconded by C rnrni"Sioner Mahern <br />making the tentative map findings and approving Case Tract 66 1, subject to the <br />conditions listed in Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Mahern, Michelotti, Wright nd Chairman Hovingh <br />None <br />Cornrni<:.~ioner McGuirk <br />COmmissioner Finch <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-93-5 was entered and adopted approving Case Tract 6601 as <br />motioned. <br /> <br />Item 5.b. Tract 6593 (Chu/Gahrahrnllt) <br />Application to subdivide an approximately 77.8 acre site into 295 esidentiallots (single- <br />family detached and townhomes) and 18 common parcels, includ' g a five acre public <br />park site, a five acre elementary school site, and a remainder pa el, located generally <br />at Martin A venue south of the Arroyo Mocho and east of the east rn terminus of <br />Stoneridge Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit evelopment) _ LDR, <br />MDR, and PI (Low Density Residential, Medium Density Residen ial, and Public and <br />Institutional) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Tract 593 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report.
