~ Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Case -92-72 subject to the conditions of the staff report. Chairman Hovingh noted there are signs already in place at the site d wondered if the site is open for business. Mr. Swift replied that because of having only ne meeting in December and because he was sure that the Commission would have no problem approving the application, staff allowed the applicant to take possession of the tore. He noted they also appreciate the Planning Commission's s pport. In response to Chairman Hovingh's question, Mr. Swift said he w not sure if staff approved signage for the application; however, he would check into the matter. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CWSED.
