<br />~ Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Case -92-72 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />Chairman Hovingh noted there are signs already in place at the site d wondered if the site <br />is open for business. Mr. Swift replied that because of having only ne meeting in <br />December and because he was sure that the Commission would have no problem approving <br />the application, staff allowed the applicant to take possession of the tore. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Kim Poon, 5424 Sunol Boulevard, spoke for the application. She h no problem with the <br />conditions of approval. She noted that the aquarium will not be sel g any snakes. <br /> <br />Brian LaBuff, Vice President and Director of Leasing, 120 Main A nue, Sacramento, spoke <br />in support of the application. He felt the store is going to be a g addition to the shopping <br />center.
