Zoning <br />for the property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - Industrial Commercial, and <br />Offices District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Cas PUD-81-30-26M/PUD- <br />85-8-8M subject to the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk expressed concern that perhaps in ten years down the road if this is <br />approved that should a developer want to build on one of these lots n Hacienda Business <br />Park that the Commission could not deny that application for what ey might feel is adverse <br />traffic conditions at specific intersections surrounding Hacienda Bus' ess Park. Mr. Swift <br />agreed that this was correct. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright asked Mr. Swift for clarification in regard to traffic mitigations. Mr. <br />Swift stated that staff feels that at full build-out of these lots plus al the other properties, <br />either existing or approved within the City, they will have satisfac levels of service at all <br />intersections based on the models run. However, staff is still wor ng with traffic <br />engineering as they are getting into the General Plan revision to s what other circulation <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Finch stated that he has met with the applicant.
