<br />Commissioner Finch inquired as to the age of NAMeD's employ s. Ms. Olivero replied <br />the average age is 25; however, they hire no one younger than 18 years of age. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk expressed some concern that youth who e waiting for a turn to <br />play might appear to be loitering, or that they may appear to be aiting for a turn but are <br />actually loitermg. Ms. Olivero noted that most youth who are w .ting for a turn on a <br />machine will usually put down a quarter to hold a space; this a s to take care of any <br />loitering. In addition, store policy has an occupancy limit.
