<br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of C <br />subject to the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />PUD-86-18/UP-92-42 <br /> <br />Commissioner Mahern asked if staff has received any complaints <br />regard to the application for alcoholic beverages. Mr. Swift repli <br />complaints. <br /> <br /> <br />om the neighborhood in <br />staff has received no <br /> <br />Commissioner Finch corrected the staff report in that Carl's Drug is no longer an anchor <br />tenant in the complex. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br />Thomas Hanson, 3450 Andrews Drive, No. 201, Pleasanton, rep <br />director of operations. He noted that he concurred with the Con <br />wished to point out several things: (1) Within the lounge area, <br />have music or dancing. Mr. Hanson r lied that it is his intent to <br />make a full menu available at all times in the lounge. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Mahern's question, Mr. Swift said taff feels the application is <br />appropriate at this time because of the restaurant being a freestan ing pad.
