Mr. Hanson r lied that it is his intent to <br />make a full menu available at all times in the lounge. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Mahern's question, Mr. Swift said taff feels the application is <br />appropriate at this time because of the restaurant being a freestan ing pad.
