<br />Resolution No. PC-92-77 was entered and adopted recommendin approval of the draft <br />Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center Development Agreement as motioned. <br /> <br />Chairman Hovingh commented that he is a little uncomfortable w th this sort of agreement as <br />he felt it binds up potential options for the City in the future. Ho ever, he felt that in losing <br />some options, the City also gains by working with a developer. e also had some concerns <br />with the number of parking spaces. <br /> <br /> <br />Commissioner Mahern commented that she had a small concern ith the parking ratio, <br />especially during the holiday season. However, she felt the appli t will be able to handle <br />the matter efficiently. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated he also has some concerns about the parking ratio, especially in <br />the holiday season, but felt that the applicant knows his business.
