He sta that this would be a <br />course with outstanding views and a very challenging course. <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Mahern's question, Mr. Fairfield rei! rated that well water, <br />City water, and reclaimed water, if available, will be used. As far as the re-use of any run- <br />off water, Mr. Knotts replied there should not be any run-off water from irrigation sources. <br />The only run-off water might be rainfall, which would be captured . n small ponds. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />In response to Commissioner Michelotti's concern that because of e great expense of <br />building the golf course, along with the installation of the access ro d before homes are even <br />built, whether there is a chance that the golf course might not be c mpleted. Mr. Fairfield <br />replied that only two times out of 200 golf courses has construction stopped on a course. He <br />did not anticipate any problem with this one. <br /> <br /> <br />t. This was h dIed with a bond or <br />letter of credit with the City and a bank. In addition, they had the ull amount necessary to <br />build the road in a local bank before construction could be started.
