Mr. Swift stated that these colors are not inc1ud in the five permitted <br />colors for the comprehensive sign program for Rose Pavilion Ill. addition, his <br />understanding is that the requested sign will be the new corporate 10 0 nationwide for Oil <br />Changers. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Seth Bland, 4511 Willow Road, represented the application. He stat that Speiker Partners <br />encouraged them to request the sign colors as noted. He added that e depicted sign is <br />supposed to be a national logo. He noted that various other business s have logos; in <br />addition, he had noted some signs that had black and white in them. He felt the sign was <br />very attractive. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CLOSED. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Commissioner Mahern stated she favored approval of the application ecause she is a strong <br />proponent of good signage and logos.
