<br />Commissioner Wright disagreed with Commissioner Mahern and fI t that the signs in the <br />pavilion should adhere to the permitted colors. Further discussion nsued between them on <br />the matter. <br /> <br /> <br />he did not notice the <br />t's sign was unattractive <br /> <br />Commissioner Finch also expressed support for the applicant and fi t that an identifying logo <br />was very important to a business. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk agreed with Commissioner Mahern and sai <br />color scheme for signs in the pavilion. North Sycamore Pre-Zoninl! <br />Application to prezone an approximately 135 acre site located <br />and generally north of Sycamore Road to PUD (Planned Unit D <br />Density Residential, Medium Density Residential, Agriculture, a <br /> <br /> <br />oC Sunol Boulevard <br />elopment) - Low <br />d Office District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of Cas RZ-92-03 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Don Temple, 6409 Alisal, thanked the Commission and the staff for their patience in <br />listening to lengthy, laborious testimony taken in the past on Case R -92-03. <br /> <br />Phyliss Couper echoed Mr. Temple's comments. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS CWSED. <br /> <br />Chairman Hovingh stated he was disappointed and felt the Specific P an does not meet the <br />General Plan requirements in that it does not provide a circulation sy tern that provides a <br />through connection to adjacent areas.
