She felt that people <br />who might live further than 300 ft. from the site should be noticed, and noted that people <br />who live on both sides of Bernal are very concerned. She stated sh would like for a <br />decision to be delayed until she could circulate a petition to see ho many people in the area <br />are opposed to the application. She expressed concern about the ho rs of operation and felt <br />they were too long. As she frequently walks in the area, she was aware that ith more businesses <br />moving in that the vandalism and graffiti have slackened. She felt th coming of the dance <br />studio would be an asset to the center. She said she goes to Camp P ks to dance and the <br />dance is not that loud. In regard to traffic, she said she is usually go e by 11:00 pm. She <br />noted that the compressor at the Romley Center makes more noise th she feels the music <br />would be. She said her home is very close to the center, but she did not think the music <br />would be that bad.
