Add Policy 24.9 - That the City target rehab 'tation funds for older <br />apartment units with controls that are due f r termination; <br /> <br /> <br />o Request that the programs of the Housing Update e amended to include <br />the following: <br /> <br />2. That the City provide assistance in the form of bonds or other <br />means to the owners of apartment complex to assist in the <br />rermancing of their loans on the project in 0 der to extend controls <br />that are due for termination; <br /> <br />3.
