He wished to encourage the <br />present and future City Council members to work diligently to contin e this endeavor. He <br />further suggested that the policies be set out or italicized so that the ouncil can readily see <br />the distinction. <br /> <br />Mr. Rasmussen noted that the Commission will receive a copy of the revised document after <br />the Council has reviewed and approved it. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />PUD-91-13. Kottin2er Hills CLin) <br />Application for Planned Unit Development (PUD) plan approval t construct 122 single- <br />family residential dwelling units and an 18-hole golf course on an pproximately 562- <br />acre site. The subject site is located generally east of Hearst Driv and south of Red <br />Feather Drive. Zoning for the property is PUD (planned Unit De elopment) - Rural <br />Density Residential and Open Space District.
