He stated that this is a sin Ie-family detached <br />product; the density cannot be bumped because there is no room do it, so there is no way <br />to make up for fundamental subdivision costs. He advised that it s far more important to <br />maintain the overall affordability of the project and perhaps see if &B will commit to a <br />fust-time buyer's program.
