He felt that this was simply an in-fIll <br />project and that they could produce a very attractive project. His company has worked on <br />this type of project before; compromises do have to be made, but t appears there is a market <br />for this type of single family home. He believed the best part of e project was its <br />affordability for around $230,000. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh noted that he has talked privately with the applicant and he cannot <br />support the project. <br /> <br />Lynne Deutscher, 275 Rachel Place, spoke in support of the proj <br />townhouses behind the project and noted that her homeowners as <br />applicant.
