<br />Commissioner Michelotti said she can support the project; she fay red open fencing on the <br />side lot lines, but not in the back. <br /> <br />Commissioner McGuirk also supported the project; he would want the walnut trees to be <br />saved, if possible. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Co missioner Hovingh <br />finding that the proposed rezoning for Case PUD-92-l is consisten with the Stoneridge Drive <br />Specific Plan and the Pleasanton General Plan; making the PUD dings for the proposed <br />development plan as listed in the staff report; and recommending pproval of Case PUD-92-1 <br />subject to the revised conditions of Exhibit "B", with the followin modifications: <br /> <br />o Add a condition requiring open fencing in this deve opment; <br /> <br />o That the project be conditioned for 25 percent FAR <br /> <br />o That Condition 14.a. be amended to provide rolled urbs and no sidewalks; <br />and <br /> <br />o That Condition 14.d. should state that "up to one ft wide strip shall remain.
