<br />~ Resolution No. PC-92-l2 was entered and adopted recommending roval of the "de <br />Minimis impact" finding and Negative Declaration for Case PUD-9 -10 as motioned. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by Com . ssioner Michelotti <br />fmding that the proposed PUD rezoning is consistent with the Gen Plan and make the <br />PUD findings for the proposed development plan as listed in the s f report and <br />recommending approval of Case PUD-9l-1O subject to the conditio s listed in Exhibit B, <br />with the following modifications: <br /> <br />o Delete Conditions 1.a., 1.b., and 1.c.; <br /> <br />o That the language on Condition 6 reflect that the 22 nits shall rent to seniors <br />only at no higher than 60 percent of the moderate in me for single or double <br />family, as defined by HUD; that this restriction run with the land and be <br />formalized with the deed restriction. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Horan, Hovingh, McGuirk, Michel tti, and Chairman Mahern <br />None <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution No. PC-92-l3 was entered and adopted recommending approval of Case PUD-9l- <br />10 as motioned. <br /> <br />PUD-89-17. Oak Tree Farm/Currin Construction <br />Application for planned unit development approval to pennit <br />single-family custom homes on an approximately 91 acre site 1 <br />Foothill Road, south of Castlewood Country Club at 801S Foo <br />property is PUD (planned Unit Development) - Rural Density <br />Residential District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh discussed with Mr. Swift staffs recomm ndation that the project be <br />reduced to 51 units. In response to the question, Mr. Swift repli that staff does not have a <br />precise layout for 51 units at this time. However, this could be wn out in a way that <br />would make it compatible with the rest of the conditions of app al. He further pointed out <br />that even though the number has been reduced that it is unlikely t a house would just crop <br />up where one had not been before. <br /> <br /> <br />e construction of 69 <br />ted on the west side of <br />. Road.
