<br />_ equipment, he did not think the project site for the tot-lot is large e ough to accommodate a <br />swing set, jungle gym, and bench seats as conditioned. He sugges that the site should be <br />larger. Mr. Swift said that condition could not be changed because that is the way Council <br />approved it. However, he noted that the Commission could chang the space between the <br />tot-lot versus other things. He said Commissioner Wright was co t in his measurements <br />at Walnut Grove, but pointed out that the equipment for the propo project would be <br />downsized to fit preschool children, as opposed to elementary chit n. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti noted that the Commission approved a di ferent site plan as <br />Commissioner Wright had observed. However, this was then chan ed by Council in their <br />approval of the case. She said her approval of the Tentative Map . s because it is in <br />conformance with what was approved by the Council. Red Bear. Inc. !Division Street Senior Housinl!l <br />Application for planned unit development rezoning and develo ment plan approval for <br />the construction of a 22 unit senior housing townhouse develo ment on an <br />approximately 28,725 sq. ft. site located at 443 and 46S Divisi n Street. Zoning for the <br />property is R-1-6,500 (Single-family Residential) District. <br /> <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report recommending approval of C PUD-91-10 subject to <br />the conditions of the staff report. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh expressed some concern as to whether s has something in mind to <br />architecturally take care of the awkward area of wedges between the "canted" units and the <br />units parallel to the front street.
