Commissioner Michelotti noted that the Commission approved a di ferent site plan as Commissioner Wright had observed. However, this was then chan ed by Council in their approval of the case. She said her approval of the Tentative Map . s because it is in conformance with what was approved by the Council. Otherwise e would not be in favor of the case. A motion was made by Commissioner Michelotti, seconded by Co missioner Hovingh approving Case Tentative Tract Map 6502 subject to the condition listed in Exhibit B. Chairman Mahern agreed with Commissioner Michelotti's comme t regarding the approval of the Tentative Map. Commissioner Hovingh expressed some concern as to whether s has something in mind to architecturally take care of the awkward area of wedges between the "canted" units and the units parallel to the front street. Mr. Swift replied that staff has iscussed this with the architect who has agreed to rotate the units, which will then take care of the wedge affect.
