<br />Chairman Mahem told the public that the order of the agenda woul not be changed around. <br />However, because of the length of the agenda the Ridgelands Com 'nee's Proposed General <br />Plan Amendment would be started no later than 10:30 p.m. Any i m not heard by that time <br />will be continued to a special meeting on Thursday, February 20,' the Council Chambers. <br /> <br />MATTERS 1NITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />1. Commissioner Michelotti reported that Stanley Rathbone, a Ion time participant of the <br />Planning Commission meetings had died on Monday, February 10. She noted that Mr. <br />Rathbone always made the Commission think about what they wer approving, especially <br />when it came to conservation of water. <br /> <br />The Commission all agreed Mr. Rathbone would be sorely missed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti also reported to Roger Higdon that the g <br />Stoneridge and Santa Rita was working very well, and thanked hi <br /> <br />n arrow signalization on <br />for prompt action. <br /> <br />2.
