Mr. Swift replied that Council has received written <br />documentation on this issue. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hovingh asked Mr. Higdon what percent of grade ould be on a vertical <br />curb. Mr. Higdon said they could go up to 12 percent on a rolled curb. <br /> <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS OPENED. <br /> <br />Jim Ghielmetti, owner of Signature Properties, represented the ap lication. He stated that he <br />is in full concurrence with the staff report and conditions and has 0 additional information <br />to offer at this time. <br /> <br />Margaret Tracy of Livennore noted that she is speaking tonight as an individual. She <br />disagreed with a comment from Mr. Swift that there would be en ugh water for the project. <br />She felt there was defmitely not enough water available for this pr dect, but that this is being <br />ignored. She said water could indeed be pumped for a short time but this would not be a <br />long-term supply of water. She further questioned the supply of s te-delivered water and <br />did not feel it is secure.
