Commissioner Horan noted that some residents of Kottinger PI ce have expressed <br />concern that new HUD regulations could affect them. He reques that staff ascertain what <br />the plan is for the administration of Kottinger Place when the qualifications expire and <br />write a memo to the Commission. Mr. Swift replied that he will heck into the matter and <br />write a memo. <br /> <br />2. Chairman Mahern requested that staff let them know who will e the new Planning <br />Commission representative to the Human Services Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Chairman Mahern asked staff how the Design Review Board is now comprised. Mr. <br />Swift replied that the Board is now comprised of two architects, 0 landscape architects, <br />and two design professionals, one of which is an interior designer. <br /> <br />4. Chairman Mahern questioned Mr. Swift as to whether staff ha contacted Mr. Brandt <br />Esser in regard to some buildings adjacent to his residence. Staff as ascertained that the <br />buildings are safe, even though they are an eyesore.
