<br />~ Commissioner Wright asked Ms. Bianchi if she is within the 300 ti t. She affirmed that she <br />is, but that she did not receive a notice. <br /> <br />Commissioner Michelotti told Ms. Bianchi the Commission has no power to act beyond the <br />variance. Ms. Bianchi knew that, but she said there are two lists f names and her name is <br />not on them. She wished the record to reflect that point. <br /> <br />Commissioner Horan observed that Ms. Bianchi's only recourse at this time is to go directly <br />to City Council. <br /> <br />Ms. Bianchi concluded that her main concern is with traffic and <br />truck traffic. She felt another traffic study should be done regaf ' <br />Street. <br /> <br />king, particularly heavy <br />g the traffic on First <br /> <br />Bert Murray, 470 Mavis Drive, said he was the building contracto who built the condos on <br />Ray Street. He said he owns three of the units. He was noticed t the first public meeting <br />held at the library, and to the variance meeting, but was not noti to the October 8 <br />meeting. He agreed with Ms. Bianchi that there were two lists of es out; his name is on <br />one, but not on the other. Of the other 10 units, one was notified while nine were not. Mr. <br />Murray stated he is opposed to the proposed location of the mo <br /> <br />Chairman Mahern asked Mr. Swift to inform them of the proced <br />notices. <br /> <br /> <br />Linda Adams, 159 Ray Street, stated that she also was not notifi <br />mailing list. <br /> <br />Robert Cordtz, 262 W. Angela, stated that he had some problem 'th traffic issues. He felt <br />that he had received the wrong information as to whether the Desi n Review Board or <br />Planning Commission addresses traffic design. He said that Desig Review told him that they <br />do not address traffic issues. Mr. Swift verified that Design Revi w can and does address <br />traffic, access to the sites, and conditions of approval for traffic. e further commented that <br />the mailing of public notices has been extended beyond 300 ft. to ,000 ft. of the project. <br />He noted that those who still have concerns can continue to appeal to City Council. <br /> <br />Gary Schwaergle, 189 W.
