is hereby ordered and will be held in said Town of Pleasanton on Tuesday, the 2nd day of Narch, 1948, at which election shall be submitted to the qualified electors of said Town the question of incurring a bonded indebtedness of said Town for the object and purpose set forth in the following proposition, to wit: PROPOSITION A: Shall the Town of Pleasanton !Sewage Treat- incur a bonded indebtedness in ~ent Plant) the amount of $12B,000 for the acquisition, construction completion of the following municipal improvement, to wit: Sewage treatment plant, including prim_~y and secondary clarifiers, filters, digester, control building, sludge drying beds, evaporation ponds, re- construction of existing facilities, sewer pipes and pipe lines, pumps, machinery, equipment, l_a~ds, easements, and other works, property or structures necessary or convenient for sewage disposal of the Town of Pleasanton? The estimated cost of the municipal improvement as set forth in said Proposition A is the sum of $12~,000 and the amount of the indebtedness proposed to be incurred for said municipal improvement is the sum of Section 2. The said City Council does hereby submit to the qualified electors of said Town of Pleasanton at said special municipal election the said proposition~ set forth in Section I of this ordinance, and designates and refers to said proposition in the fo~n of ballot hereinafter prescribed for use at said election. (a) Said special municipal election shall be held and conducted, and the votes thereof canvassed, and the returns thereof made, an~ the result thereof ascertained and determined as herein provided; and in all particulars not prescribed by this ordinance, said election shall be held as provided by law for the holding of municipal elections in said Town.
