(b) All persons qualified to vote at municipal <br />elections in said Town of Pleasanton upon the date of the <br />election herein provided for shall be qualified to vote upon <br />the proposition submitted at said special municipal election. <br /> <br /> (c) The polls at the polling places hereinafter <br />designated shall be opened at seven o'clock A.M. of said day <br />of election and shall be kept open continuously thereafter <br />until seven o'clock P.M. of said day of election, when the <br />polls shall be closed (except as provided in Section 5734 of <br />the Elections Code), and the election officers shall thereupon <br />proceed to canvass the ballots cast thereat. <br /> <br /> (d) For the conduct of said special municipal <br />election the TO~n of Pleasanton shall constitute one voting <br />precinct the boundaries of which shall be coterminous with <br />the boundaries of said To~n.
