This vesting tentative map is conditional y approved and shall <br />only become effective if this project rec ives growth manage- <br />ment program approval within one year of he date the vesting <br />tentative map is conditionally approved This conditional <br />approval shall lapse if the developer fai s to record a final <br />map prior to expiration of the growth ma agement approval. <br /> <br />10. Disclosures <br /> <br />a. The applicant shall give notice to the home buyers of <br />Area "C", worded to the satisfactio of the City Attor- <br />ney, of the townhouse developments ocated in Areas "A" <br />and "B" and the future light-rail sy tem to be located in <br />the Alameda County Transportatio Corridor (ACTC) <br />easement. <br /> <br />b. The applicant shall give notice to the home buyers of <br />Areas "A", "B", and "C", worded to the satisfaction of <br />the City Attorney, of the removal of the landscape, <br />recreation amenity, and pUblic-use t ail improvements to <br />be located in the ACTC easement with future construction <br />of the light-rail system. <br /> <br />c. The applicant shall give notice to the home buyers of <br />Areas "A" and "C", worded to the sati faction of the city <br />Attorney, that the "B" Court emergen y vehicle access is <br />temporary and that it shall be remo ed with the comple- <br />tion of "A" street to "0" street. <br /> <br />11. Construction Requirements <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, <br />other vehicle be used as living or <br />the construction site. All such <br />removed from the site at the end of <br /> <br />motor homes, or any <br />leeping quarters on <br />vehicles shall be <br />each work day. <br /> <br />b. All site improvements and house con truction activities <br />shall be limited to the hours of 8:0 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Saturday, unless othe ise approved by the <br />city Engineer and the Planning Dire tor. All construc- <br />tion equipment must meet DMV noise st ndards and shall be <br />equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />c. Portable toilets used during constr ction shall be kept <br />as far as possible from existing res dences and shall be <br />emptied on a regular basis as necess ry to prevent odor. <br /> <br />d. Grey water shall be used for dust control or grading <br />activities, unless an alternate ource of water is <br />approved by the City Engineer. Grey water may be <br />obtained from DSRSD, Waste Water Tre tment Plant at 7399 <br />Johnson Drive, Pleasanton. <br />
