<br />Resolution No. PC-93-67 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />12. Engineering Requirements <br /> <br />a. Electric power distribution, gas dist ibution, communica- <br />tion service, cable television, and any required alarm <br />systems shall be installed undergrou d in a joint utility <br />trench unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br />Engineer or Director of Building Ins ection for on-site. <br /> <br />b. All public maintained sanitary sewer shall be intercon- <br />nected unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />c. Building foundations located adjace t to utility lines <br />shall be designed so that the struct e' s weight does not <br />directly bear on any underground pi e unless otherwise <br />approved by the city Engineer and irector of Building <br />Inspection. <br /> <br />d. The paving sections for the on-sit parking and drive <br />areas shall be designed on the basi of an R-Value test <br />and a traffic index to carry the nticipated traffic <br />loads. This design shall be subjec to the approval of <br />the Director of Building Inspection. The minimum paving <br />section shall be 2" A.C. on 6" of A. The minimum A.C. <br />pavement slope shall be 1%. For pav ment slopes of less <br />than 1%, the surface runoff shal be carried in a <br />concrete gutter to an acceptable poi t of discharge. The <br />minimum slope for concrete gutter s all be 0.5%. <br /> <br />e. The applicant shall submit a final rading and drainage <br />plan prepared by a licensed civil en ineer depicting all <br />final grades and on-site drainage control measures, <br />including concrete-lined V-ditches, to protect all cut <br />and fill slopes from surface water verflow. This plan <br />shall be subject to the review and pproval of the City <br />Engineer and/or the Director of Build' ng Inspection prior <br />to the issuance of any building per its. <br /> <br />f. The developer shall install street f ontage improvements <br />on the Hacienda Drive, Gibraltar Drive, and stoneridge <br />Drive project frontages per Chapte 19.40.010 of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. These improvements ay include, but are <br />not necessarily limited to, gradin , curb and gutter, <br />sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sa itary sewer, water <br />facilities, street lighting, und rground utilities, <br />traffic control devices, landscap ng, and automatic <br />irrigation systems. <br /> <br />g. The developer shall grant an easeme t to the City over <br />those parcels needed for public service easements <br />(P.S.E.) and which are approved by he City Engineer or <br />other easements which may be desi nated by the City <br />Engineer. <br />
