Noise <br /> <br />a. Project construction shall incorpor te the recommendations <br />of the "Traffic Noise Assessment tudy for the Planned <br />'Hacienda' Single- and Multi-famil Residential Develop- <br />ment, stoneridge Drive, Pleasanton', Project No. 24-087, <br />dated September 16, 1992 by Edwar L. Pack Associates, <br />Inc., and the "Light Rail Noise I pacts at the Planned <br />'Hacienda' Single- and Multi-Famil Residential Develop- <br />ment, Stoneridge Drive, Pleasanton" Project No. 24-087-2 <br />by Edward L. Pack Associates, Inc. ated October 26, 1993. <br />Said noise mitigation measures s all be shown on the <br />building, site, and landscape constr ction plans for review <br />and approval by the Planning Direc or before issuance of <br />building permits. <br />
