The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, <br />including all surface roads, fire ydrants, and a water <br />supply capable of furnishing the re uired fire flow shall <br />be installed and serviceable prior 0 and during the time <br />of construction. When alternate me hods of protection are <br />as approved by the Fire chief, th' s requirement may be <br />waived or modified. Proposed alter ative methods of fire <br />protection shall be submitted, in writing, to the Fire <br />Chief. Work on the alternative f re protection methods <br />shall not start without the approva of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />d. All roads on the site are designa ed as fire apparatus <br />access roads by the Fire Chief and must be maintained in <br />accordance with section 2.01 of the Uniform Fire Code and <br />be accessible at all times from th start of construction <br />until the project is completed.
