All retaining walls higher than 4' f om the top of the wall <br />to the bottom of the footway sh II be constructed of <br />reinforced concrete or shall be an a proved crib wall type. <br />Calculations signed by a registere civil engineer shall <br />accompany the wall plans. <br /> <br />e. The soils engineer shall certify the pad compactions of all <br />lots containing fill to the satisfac ion of the Director of <br />Building Inspection prior to the issuance of building <br />permits. <br /> <br />f. The storm drainage from each lot s all be directed to an <br />approved storm drain system in ac ordance with sections <br />2907 (b) (5) and 7012 (d) of the 1988 Uniform Building <br />Code, unless otherwise approved by the Building Official <br />and City Engineer. <br /> <br />g. The applicant shall submit plot pans for each of the <br />residential lots Showing building se backs and a topograph- <br />ic plan showing grading and drain ge. Pad elevations, <br />finish floor elevations, retaining walls, easements, and <br />maximum height of the highest struct re are to be indicated <br />on the plan. All residential p ot plans shall show <br />compliance with 2907(d) and 700 2(d) of the Uniform <br />Building Code. <br /> <br />h. The developer shall submit record tract grading plans <br />showing: <br /> <br />i. The elevation of all four corn rs of the lot as well <br />as the center of the lot. <br /> <br />ii. All top and toe of slope eleva ions. <br /> <br />iii. The top and toe of all retaini g wall elevations. <br /> <br />The record grading plan is to be su itted to the Director <br />of Building Inspection before the f rst house final. <br /> <br />1. The developer shall submit two cop'es of the site soils <br />report to the Director of Building Inspection for third <br />party peer review and shall pay for uch review at the time <br />specified by the Director, but in all cases before the <br />issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />15.
