<br />Resolution No. PC-93-62 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />18. Approval for the number, type and locati n of fire hydrants <br />shall be subject to the approval of the ire Chief and the <br />city Engineer prior to final map approval. All hydrants shall <br />be identified by reflective markers meetin city standards for <br />type and location. In addition, the appl cant shall provide <br />access and blue dot markers along all public street in <br />accordance with Fire Department requir ments. The fire <br />hydrant shown east of Lot #12 shall be relocated directly <br />between Lots #30 and #31. The curb on ei t er side of the fire <br />hydrant shall be painted red for a distan e of approximately <br />20 feet. <br /> <br />19. The storm drainage from each lot shall e directed to the <br />street or an approved storm drain system in accordance with <br />sections 2907(b) (5) and 7012(d) of the 19 8 Uniform Building <br />Code unless otherwise approved by the Bu'lding Official and <br />City Engineer. <br /> <br />20. If the project is to be phased or multipl final maps filed, <br />a phasing plan shall be submitted to the PI nning Director and <br />city Engineer for review and approval. All subdivision <br />improvements shall be substantially c nstructed to the <br />satisfaction of the city Engineer prior 0 occupancy of any <br />units. <br /> <br />21. The applicant shall provide the City with a performance bond <br />for the soundwall construction. <br /> <br />22. The applicant shall submit a detailed stre t lighting plan for <br />the project prior to final map approval. The design of the <br />street lights shall be approved by the City Engineer and <br />Planning Director. In general, the stree lighting shall be <br />designed to minimize glare off-site. <br /> <br />23. The developer shall obtain all building a d other applicable <br />City permits for the project prior to t e commencement of <br />construction. <br /> <br />24.
