The applicant shall submit an illumination plan for the entire <br />project for review and approval by the PIa ing Director prior <br />to the issuance of building permits for th project. The plan <br />shall be designed to provide proper illumi ation and security <br />throughout the site and to ensure that n glare impacts the <br />adjacent residents. Any street lights 0 be installed in <br />conjunction with the project along Rhe m Drive shall be <br />shifted easterly away from Oakland Ave e to the maximum <br />extent possible. <br /> <br /> <br />9. The utility guy wires located in Lot #20 shall be relocated <br />outside the rear yard if deemed feasible b the city Engineer. <br /> <br />10. The project shall provide and approved wat r supply capable of <br />supplying the required fire low for fire protection and on- <br />site fire hydrants and mains capable of sup lying the required <br />fire flow. <br /> <br />11. street addresses shall be installed to the atisfaction of the <br />Fire Department prior to occupancy. Addre s numbers shall be <br />installed on the front and on the rear of the buildings. <br /> <br />12. The developer's engineer shall prepare all ecessary documents <br />for the City and utility companies to a andon the existing <br />water and joint trench easements. Existi g utilities within <br />this easement shall be removed unless ot erwise approved by <br />the city Engineer and Chief Building Offi ial. <br /> <br />13. The project shall provide for the drainage from the abandoned <br />SPRR right-of-way. <br /> <br />14. Rheem Drive across the proj ect frontage sh II be overlaid with <br />1 1/2" of asphalt concrete at the cone Ius on of construction <br />if deemed necessary by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />15. The tentative map approval shall be conti gent upon approval <br />of PUD-90-20-1M. <br /> <br />16. street names for the subdivision shall be shown on the Final <br />Map. These street names shall be from t e list of heritage <br />street names on file with the Planning Department unless <br />otherwise approved by the Planning Direct r. <br /> <br />17. Prior to Final Map approval, a haul route shall be submitted <br />to the city Engineer and Planning Direc or for review and <br />approval. <br />
