The applicant shall submit an illumination plan for the entire <br />project for review and approval by the PIa ing Director prior <br />to the issuance of building permits for th project. The plan <br />shall be designed to provide proper illumi ation and security <br />throughout the site and to ensure that n glare impacts the <br />adjacent residents. Any street lights 0 be installed in <br />conjunction with the project along Rhe m Drive shall be <br />shifted easterly away from Oakland Ave e to the maximum <br />extent possible. <br /> <br /> <br />9. The utility guy wires located in Lot #20 shall be relocated <br />outside the rear yard if deemed feasible b the city Engineer. <br /> <br />10.
