The proposed soundwall in terms of design and material shall <br />match the existing soundwall to the e st. These design <br />details shall be shown on the improvement plans submitted in <br />conjunction with the final map and shall be approved by the <br />Planning Director prior to final map appr val. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />The noise mitigation measures contained w' <br />report prepared by Charles M. Salter <br />September 28, 1990, shall be included in <br />buildings. <br /> <br />hin the acoustical <br />Associates, dated <br />the design of the <br /> <br />6. A disclosure statement shall be prepared and distributed to <br />all future buyers. The statement shall pr vide information on <br />the adjacent industrial use, its p tential hours of <br />operations, and loading and unloading tru k activities. The specific statement <br />shall be submitted to the Planning Dire tor for review and <br />approval prior to building permit issuanc <br /> <br />7. Prior to final map approval, a mitigation plan to shield the <br />residence at 2204 Oakland Avenue from car headlights leaving <br />the east public street shall be submitt d to the Planning <br />Director for review and approval. This plan shall include <br />fencing improvements and/or additional la dscaping. <br />
