Approves Case UP-93-60, the appli ation of Robin Chow <br />(Shotokan Karate-Do for a conditi nal use permit to <br />establish a karate (Shotokan style) and dance/aerobics <br />studio within an existing multi-te ant shopping center <br />building in the Oak Hills Shopping C nter located at 5424 <br />Sunol Boulevard, suite 1, subject to the conditions shown <br />on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and m de part of this case <br />by reference. ~ <br /> <br />Section 2.
