SECTION 7: Disposal of Sewage. All plumbing fixtures in <br />auto court~ and re'sort~ and in auto and trailer camps shall be con- <br />nected with the sewer system of the Town of Pleasanton and no sewage <br />or waste may be discharged in any other manner. <br /> <br /> SECTION 8:. Unauthorized 9ccupation of Land. It is un- <br />lawful for' a"~ ~'~r~n to' us'e, 'oc'cupy 0~ malntain a~y 'Trailer coach, <br />tent or ten~-house upon any area or tract of land within the Town of <br />Pleasanton without the written permission of the owner or person <br />legally in charge of the land. <br /> <br /> SECTION 9: General Plan. Every auto court and resort and <br />every auto"'and tr'a~Ier camp shall be bordered around the boundary <br />lines by an ornamental tight fence or closely grown hedges not under <br />six feet in height as approved by the Building Inspector. Nm gate <br />opening shall be constructed in the fence adjoining any property <br />without the written permission of the owner of said property. All <br />camp sites and all buildings in auto courts and resorts and in all <br />auto and trailer camps shall be grouped in blocks abutting driveways <br />or courts of not less than twenty feet in width, giving easy access <br />to all camp sites and/or buildings. No trailer coach shall be lo- <br />cated within five feet of the outer boundary line of any auto and <br />trailer camp or within ten feet of any other trailer coach or build- <br />ing, nor within twenty feet of a city street. <br /> <br />auto and trailer camp s provided with adequate means of light- <br />ins the same at night and all toilets and baths shall be provided <br />with lights which shall be kept lighted from one-half hour after sun- <br />set until one-half hour before sunrise. <br /> <br /> ~ECTION l!: The provisions of this ordinance shall not, <br />however, be construed to prohibit the use of the premises adjacent <br />to any residence for the accommodation of not to exceed one trailer <br />coach occupied by non-paying guests of the persons residing on the <br />premises of the persons adjacent thereto. <br /> <br /> SECTION l~: This ordinance shall not be construed as ~a~.- <br />ing or repealing any existing ordinances or uniform codes heretofore <br />adopted by the Town of Pleasanton but shall be construed as being <br />supplemental and in addition thereto. <br /> <br /> ~ECTION 13: I~ shall be unlawful for any person, firm or <br />corporation to construct, establish or maintain any auto court and re- <br />sort or any auto and trailer camp contrary to or in violation of ~ny <br />of the provisions of this ordinance or to cause, permit or suffer the <br />same to be done. It shall also be unlawful for any person to commit <br />any act or suffer any act to be committed in violation of any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br /> ~ny person, firm or corporation violating any of the provi- <br />sions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and <br />each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for <br />each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of <br />any of the provisions of this ordinance is committed, continued or <br />permitted, and upon the conviction of any such violation such person <br />shall be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.~0, or by im- <br />prisonment in the city jail for not more than three months, or by <br />both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> <br /> The issuance or granting of a permit and license, or the <br />approval of plans and specifications shall not be deemed or construed <br />to be a permit or license for, or approval of, any violation of any <br />of the provisions of this ordinance. No permit and license p~resuming <br />to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of this ordin- <br />ance shall be valid except insofar as the work or use which ~t <br />authorizes, is lawful. <br /> -3 - <br /> <br /> <br />
